Liz Hurleys Cotswold House is For Sale – again

A little while ago back in October last year we showed off Liz Hurley’s stunning Cotswold property which was for sale for a mere £6,000,000 (See previous post for Ampney Knowle luxury property). We actually thought the property got sold however it seems it must have fallen through. But never fear you have another chance to buy this property as it is now back on For Sale!

There is some Good News and Bad News though which we think we should point out.

The Good News!

Lets start with the good news, Liz has decided to include more of her land to go with the sale, previously the house came with a dinky 300 acres, I know what you are thinking HOW could anyone live in a house with only 300 acres!

Well Liz has now increased this to 410 acres which is much more like it!

Elysian Estates property

The Bad News!

Obviously adding 110 acres of land will increase the value of the sale, that kind of goes without saying. And the housing market is probably a bit better since 7 months ago so we should allow a small increase for that too.

Liz Hurley has re-listed this property for, wait for it………..

£9,000,000!!

If you like this property you had better be quick, as there wasn’t much interest back in October for £6,000,000 we are expecting a huge amount of interest now!!
