It isn’t the biggest secret in the world that the rich and famous like to live in special properties. If it isn’t a penthouse over looking regent’s park, a beach house in Brighton or a country estate in the Cotswolds they will most likely have a nice house.
More and more celebrities are now deciding the big cities like London are not for them and want to live in the peaceful countryside. The Cotswolds and it’s towns are high up on their shopping list of places to live.
One estate which has more than its fair share of famous faces is Lakes by YOO. Only this week some more names have hit the headlines who now live in the Lakes by YOO estate. Jade Jagger has joined Mark Owen and several soap stars as well as popular faces in the business world.
So what is Lakes by YOO I hear you say?
Well it is a gated estate of eco friendly houses built around several lakes which ensures all properties have stunning lake access and views. What is special though about Lakes by YOO is that you can not live there all year round, owners are required to leave the estate for approx 4 weeks a year to allow groundsmen to ensure local wildlife are looked after, they really do care about their little neighbours!

It also allows them time to clean the lakes so they are in tip top condition for when the owners return.
I say owners return but to be honest many of the owners simply treat these stunning properties as holiday homes to use at weekends. There are also a few that are available for the public to rent out on an exclusive use basis. Luxury rental property company Elysian Estates provides such opportunities, they help their clients enjoy these beautiful lakes and properties by renting the properties by the weekend or week.
As you can imagine these properties rarely become available to buy therefore renting when you need one is a great option.
